IMMERSION EMPOWERMENTÂ is a company established in the Cayman Islands, based on the psychological theory of Empowerment, which is composed of 4 cognitions:Â
- Meaning: The alignment between one’s work role and one’s own beliefs, values, and standards.Â
- Self-determination: An individual’s sense of autonomy or control concerning the initiation or regulation of one’s actions.
- Competence: The belief in one’s capability to successfully perform work activities.
- and Impact: Is the belief that one can make a difference in the managerial process; that one could influence operational outcomes in the work unit. (Seibert, et al. 2011, p. 981).

Our mission is to give individuals and groups the power and access to resources and control over their own lives, their families, their communities and their country, to gain the ability to achieve their highest personal and collective aspirations and goals through education.
Our Vision:
In 2030 Immersion Empowerment will be an international Organization, impacting people´s lives and their communities, creating positive changes of self-determination, meaning, competence, and impact.
