LANGUAGE TUTORING
ESL- ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE or SPANISH
Methodology:
Our educational system is based on the Theory of Meaningful Learning, created by American psychologist and educator David Ausubel (1918–2008). Ausubel demonstrated that a learning system in which the student connects new information and what he already knows can readjust and reconstruct both information while achieving new knowledge because it facilitates the retention and mastery of the content.
In other words, new instructions and experiences are modified and restructured by existing ones based on the structure of past knowledge. The constructivist psychological framework serves as the foundation for this idea and theory.
